Scott Bradford

Scott is an award-winning Executive Director who is passionate about helping not-for-profits and associations develop and sustain excellent leadership at the Board, CEO/Executive Director and key staff levels. 

In 2013, the United Way of Ottawa recognized Scott with a Community Builder Award to acknowledge over a decade of work in the community as Executive Director of one of Ottawa's largest non-profits. 

Scott has been the Executive Director of two non-profits and has been recognized with both organizational and personal awards including the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, the Chamber of Commerce Non-Profit of the Year, two accreditations from the Commission of Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and he has been honoured with a youth music studio in his name.  

Scott has raised over $25 M in the 15 years with the two agencies he has led. He holds a Masters of Business Degree (MBA), is a proud father and an active outdoorsperson.
